Hello, I'm new to the world of 3CX, where I now need help. I already searched a lot on the forum, but without success. Today I have installed a 3CX locally in my office and with very basic configurations and I need to configure it with my SPA3000 equipment. I need to configure that from my 3CX extension I can make a call through my spa3000, where I still have a normal analog phone line. I don't need to receive a call by phone, I just need to be at home and make the call via my computer or android cell phone through the 3CX client and leave my phone line from my office. I would like a help and if anyone has this SPA3000 settings. There is another thing if it is possible to configure for the phone that this Not my SPA3000 I can make a call to my SPA3000.
Thanks in advance.

Search similar models in forum like SPA3102 lot of posts.

Hello budy, how are you? Look I already researched a lot and tried to configure, but so far without success. I've already done so much configuration that I even reset the spa300 because I couldn't really make it work with the 3CX. Before it worked with Elastix and it was working until the machine failed and we were unable to recover it.

If the 3K is not on the same LAN as the 3CX server, you are probably going to run into one way audio issues, (or be able to receive calls but not place them), as others have discovered. If it is on the same LAN, I can help you with the settings, but, as suggested, there are many posts about setting up the 3102 on the forum (do a Google search...3CX SPA3102), and the majority of the settings are the same.

I've reduced this scan I made, of a printout, of the original 3CX SPA3102 setup guide, they used to have posted years ago. Finally got it down to a small enough size to attach here, and still be relatively legible. If you follow this, you will find most settings to be that same. If you go through this, and still have an issue, post back. It was obviously written when 3CX existed as a much earlier version.

The menus are not good, but the text comes through. Unfortunately, to be completely legible means the file is just over 2 gigs.

did you tried to get the file in PDF instead of JPEG perhaps with best quality an light weight ?

I have a hard copy to begin, with and tried scanning a number of ways, then downsizing the file size. I've spent long enough doing that for now. There are a number of posts, on the forum, that can "fill in the blanks"

Hi guys, thank you all so much for the time being, I made several attempts as it was posted and searched on the internet, but so far not even successful, I made some screenshots of the screens and if you can help me, thank you very much.

First off, disable LIne 1. You don't want to be using that, at least for the time being (until you get the trunk working), and you certainly don't want to have the trunk settings used in there. It could be used for an extension, later.

In the PSTN Settings, you have it set to use port 5062. You need to be sure that port 5062 is in the 3CX trunk settings that you created for this. When a call goes from 3CX to the 3102, it will use the IP and port you set there. I hope you gave the 3102 a static IP.

Boa noite Leejor, sim já fiz a configuração nas linhas 1 e spa3000 já está configurado com ip fixo 192.168.0.201 na porta 5062.

So on Line 1, you have changed to Line Enable = NO

If that has been done, do you see the 3102 (PSTN) registered as a trunk in 3CX?

If it is, try an outbound call and post the Activity Log, if that fails.
