Unsupported Configure Mitel Aastra 6865i

Hi guys,

Im trying to configure a Mitel Aastra 6865i IP Phone with a cloud hosted 3CX instance.
I filled in all the required details (I think), but my phone isn't coming online.


When I check the activity log it gives back SIP response 408 (proxy authentication required), but I cant seem to figure out whats missing.
Can you guys give me any insight in this?

I managed to fix it in a way I couldnt imagine would work.
I set up an SBC at the location, set the internal IP of the SBC as the registrar server and it worked instantly.
Its a work around of which im very curious how long it will hold.
For now, the client is back online.
