Configure Yealink W70B - bug step 2

Hello,

I have been trying to configure my new base yealink W70B through online 3CX, following https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-dect-phones/ and https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/ip-phones/ .
I encounter issues at the second step, where nothing appears after I enter the MAC adress - see screenshot. I cannot click anything, nor 'next".

I have tried refreshing page, closing and reopening.
I have checked the version of my base and it is the right one.
Everything about the base seems connected, I just cannot work it on 3CX.

Can someone help ?

Do you have any router phone or 3cx sbc provisioned? you need to have one of those in that way you will be able to connect the DECT Base.

Thank you for your answer, this was not clear on the phone related tutorial, unfortunately. But I use an iMac, and all the SBC links are for Windows/Linux or Raspberry PI. What solution for my setup?

Edit : it says on the page "

When is an SBC overkill?

If your network has less than 10 phones, we recommend using an IP phone that is SBC capable, referred to as a router phone."

I have less than 10 phones, I only wish to add an "in office" phone that will work with 3cx (we are 4 employees, 3 of which use the smartphone app, but we need a regular phone for the last employee)
