Solved Configuring 3CX Digital receptionists

Hello,

I am trying to configure digital receptionists in 3cx. When someone calls the shortcode, they will be asked to choose between two languages, and once the person chooses the language he wants. They will be prompted to select one of three options available (in the language they have chosen). Options do not change just the languages will be different. I did configure digital receptionists before in 3cx but this requirement is a bit different. You first choose either 1 for L1 or 2 for L2 and then select another option based on the previous selection.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to create nested IVR's

Option1, will go to a IVR in the correct language

Option2 , will go to another IVR in the correct language


Make sure you download the correct system prompts - settings ->system prompts. This can be assigned to the 'Digital Receptionist Language'
