Configuring 3CX with Valcom VIP-801A

I've done some googling and found a few older threads on configuring 3CX to work with a VIP-801A, but one issue i keep having is that sometimes the Valcom is not disconnecting the call after the handset is hung up.

Error logs show a 486 Busy Here error.

Spoke to soon. Use the following for it to work correctly:

Inputs:

• Input Function: Audio on / Off
  
• Activate on: Closed

Relays:

• Activate on Call

SIP:

• Phone Number: <extension>
• Authentication name: <set this to match extension number>
• Secret: <secret>
• Realm: 3CXPhoneSystem (i believe this is default)
• CID Number <extension>
• Auto Destination <extension>
