Good Morning,

I would like to enter Call Cost rates for certain countries, however I'm finding that I can't enter a rate that is a number with more than 2 decimal places (0.00). Bandwidth.com has a rate for the UK prefix 44 as "0.00495". What can I do?

If anyone is familiar with this and knows how to set a call rate with more than 2 decimal places it would be greatly appreciated

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe 2DP is all that is supported. If you need greater resolution you could capture and process CDRs externally - for example my CallSequitur program provides one possible solution & has the DP resolution you require. Not exactly sure what you need to do with the rate, but you can charge calls/total call costs etc. :
