Configuring Fanvil X3S to 3cx via VPN

Hi,

I need to install Fanvil X3S phones in remote location. 3cx is onpremise and is installed in another office. Both locations have site to site VPN established and is able to ping devices.

Hi,

As far as the phones and 3CX are concerned, everything should appear like a local network. They should not be aware of the VPN. So if you can make your VPN transparent to them (ie. Layer 2), it should not be a problem. Also allow multicast messages to pass so you can have PnP provisioning.

We cannot help you with your networking and VPN setup though, that is something you will have to figure out by yourself.
