Configuring Grandstream HT502

I'm using Broadvoice for VOIP and need to install their supplied Grandstream HT502 Phone Adapter to set up an extension for my Plantronics Calisto analog phone and headset. Has anyone successfully configured the HT502 as an extension in 3CX v7?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a Grandstream HT502 and would like to get it set up to use with 3CX, does anyone have a working setup that I could have?

Set it up as a fax ata on 3cx, and it says not registered on grandstream so at a loss of what to do here
