Hello All,

We have various T54W phones that were all running STUN before upgrading to V20. They are all located at locations outside our main office. They continue to work correctly connecting to the home WiFi networks at each individual workers home.

We had to add a new employee and needed to provision a T54W for their use, (at home. Not on the same network), and 1) we cannot get it to provision here in the office, (auto-provisioning does not work at all!), 2) if we register manually and enter the provisioning manually we can get the phone to work on the office network but it will not work if we connect it to a external wifi network, (the way all the other phones work).

We have set this phone up on the office network. We have setup this phone as a "router phone". Neither work without manual fiddling...

The phone is on the latest firmware, (96.87.0.16)

PBX is Version 20.0 Update 5 (Build 551 Release)

Hello @premier

Note that connecting the phones over wifi is not recommended. It's always best practice to have the phones connected directly with an Ethernet cable.

Regarding provisioning the phone as a router phone, have you done have you tried provisioning the phone outside of the network of the PBX, using the below guide, and choosing the option to connect directly?
