Confused on how to setup FAX

Hey there!

Recently implemented a 3CX system and love it. All is well with the exception of FAX. I am able to receive fax to email, but can't seem to figure out how to get FAX capabilities working on a large office printer (Kyocera 5550). Any advice? The help guides are pretty skimpy in this area.

As far as T.38 works in your environment (you can use built-in FAX-to-email service) then...

If "large office printer (Kyocera 5550)" supports T.38 and SIP - configure it as a FAX extension.
If does not support (has pure analogue interface)... then try to find FXS(ATA) gateway which will do T.38 and SIP for this device and then connect it(the gateway) as a FAX extension.
