connect 2 site with 3cx

I want to know how to connect 2 distant site with 2 3cx pbx and if any billing software exist for it.

I don't know about the billing software but just be patient a short while longer for the beta or final release of v4, will be one of the many new features offered. There have been some creative work arounds developed by the Forum for v3 but by the time you get it all working, v4 will be out.
