Connect 3CX Phone System to Google Workspace

I have a customer that is seriously disappointed with the reporting on v20 so I'm trying to connect to Google Workspace to use with Grafana. I've followed the user guides as closely as I can but I must be doing something wrong.
Grafana connects to Google Cloud BigQuery OK but the 3CX doesn't want to conenct to Google.
I keep getting this after I have clicked connect and entered my Google creds


I've checked the permissions and they look fine. There must be something more I need to do on the GCP but I don't know what.
To be honest it would just be easier if the reporting features on v20 were better as we were led to believe they would be.

Ensure that you read the document at https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/google-workspace/ to the letter.

Is the super admin enabled? Did you hit save after applying it?

Sometimes it might be easy to miss a step in the guides. Sometimes people just rely on the pictures.

Sometimes it might be easy to miss a step in the guides. Sometimes people just rely on the pictures. I do love a picture but yes I have read it thru again and again.

Here's another strange anomaly. When I click the blue 3CX link that resolves to "https://integrations.3cx.com" to see where the page is taking me with my creds it goes here



Why would that integrations link included in an option for Google take me to a Microsoft page?

Microsoft integration was there first so its the default website for the integrations page. Nothing to worry about.

I got it working. I had to delete everything and start again. Google put up every hurdle it could but I now have Grafana/GoogleBigQueery integration.
To be honest it's really not worth the effort. I don't see much to be gained with this.
What we really need is the reporting built in to 3CX improved to the standard we had before and were promised.
When will it be here?
