Connecting my mobile remotley

Hi
since I upgraded to Ver.14 I can not get my mobile to connect once I am off my local network
it goes "On Hook" but just keeps saying its "connecting" I am using port 5061 as my default sip port on the PBX and think I have set up all the required firewalling etc & the 3cx tunnel but I just cant get it to work.(also the dns srv record)

Can anyone give me a clue what I need to check?

Have you upgraded the IOS 3CXPhone to version 14.

Have you setup spilt DNS ? If so, does the IP address point to the firewall external IP address - http://www.3cx.com/docs/creating-fqdn-split-dns/

You have reprovisioned your mobile by sending the welcome email and installed the config file

Have you checked you have opened all the required ports - http://www.3cx.com/docs/firewall-router-configuration-voip/

What is the result of the firewall checker ?

If it indicates "on-hook", then you are registered and should be able to make, and receive calls. The "connecting" is the Presence status and requires additional port(s) to be open.
