connecting two pbx using site to site sophos vpn

I initially was connecting two pbx using the internet but now i have a sophos site to site VPN been connected.

i tried changing the fqdn/pblic ip on the two pbx to pbx servers local ip but it still is not connecting.

Any help?

Yes, exactly. i changed the public IP to the private IP but still not connecting

...and have you checked the 3CX Activity Log (Verbose,) for errors, that give you a clue as to what might have to be changed?

Do calls even reach the other PBX? Are they being rejected?

calls do reach the other pbx by the former configuration when it was routed through the internet but now that am trying to connect it via the sophos vpn it not reaching it any longer

Thank you for the response.

How do i check for blocked IP, allso this was working on norm while i was routing through internet it just when i wanted to disengage and start routing through the sophos vpn that the issue of not connecting started

Log in to the management console and go to Security -> IP Blacklist
