Connecting with Voip.ms issues during trunk configuration

Hi there. I have configured 3CX to work with voip.ms. However, I am running into a problem. For whatever reason, my logs are showing 3cx sending a different username back to voip.ms instead of the SIP User name I have configured. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

The username configured is not 10027.

Hello Callahan Pedersen Propert,

It seems the SIP Trunk is sending the Trunk Virtual number out.
You can try to change these values (take note what they are now).
See if this will get the trunk to work.

This is not what the trunk is sending out. The trunks virtual number is included in the logs to let you know which trunk it is. The 10027 is never sent to the provider.
