Connection error

Hello, we have been using this phone for some time without any problems, but today we encountered a strange error - the phone tries to connect to the network on startup ("Discovering network"), but unsuccessfully and gives up after 5 tries and swithes to "Not connected" / "Not registered state". I have tried different accounts, checked the password, but nothing has worked so far, and the server we are using for our calls seems to be running, as the "hard" phones connected to it work without problems. Do you have any idea as for what could be happening?

Same has just occured to me. It turned out 3CXPhone fails to connect with 3CX stun server (as indicated on debug-log screen).

Just go to 3CXPhone's Connection settings screen, then Advanced settings and change configuration item:
STUN server: stun.3cx.com
to
STUN server: stunserver.org

Or to any other public STUN server of your choice. Problem solved 8)
