Hi everyone,
I have a rather particular problem. I have a 3cx on prem, it can be easily reached from the outside but not in the same network where it is installed. Or rather, if I go to the local IP it works, but to the FQDN it doesn't. It's not a firewall issue as ping works and resolves everything correctly. The error on the browser is "connection refused".

What could it be?
Thanks for your help

Are you using a custom certificate and is DNS correct?

Yes, in fact from another network everything works correctly. In the same network it is resolved by the terminal but not in the web page

all services running? Whats your setup on network? check the firewall on the OS.

Do you have a port number? I.e. when accessing from external is some sort of mapping happening to 5001 (as an example) but not happening when accessing it internally?

Are you 100% sure the internal IP returned by your DNS server is correct?

Any sort of proxy in your environment?
