When I log in to my Dashboard using Chrome https://192.168.0.110:5001/#/app/default, It says this connection to this site is not secure and due to this I am not able to scan QR codes when I add extensions. How do I make this url secure? I searched this on google but looks very complicated not for newbies like me.

The best solution, if you have an Internal DNS Server is to configure Split DNS, so that internally the FQDN resolves to the the Local IP, but Externally to the Public IP.

Now if your case, have you tried logging in with http://192.168.0.110:5000 and scanning the QR then?
What device are you trying to scan the QR with, Android or iPhone?

You may be able to setup a DNS entry on your firewall (depending on model) so that FQDN points to the 3cx internal IP address

Thanks for your reply. I am scanning qr code on an android phone. Am using windows 10 PC No DNS server just a wifi router.

Alternatively, instead of using the QR code, in the Management Console --> Users, edit the extension you want and in the General tab add an email address you have configured on the Mobile Phone.
Press OK and in "Users", select this user and press "Send Welcome Email"

Now check on the inbox on the phone and you should see an email.
For the attachment, choose the "Open with" option and select 3CX.

This should also provision it just fine.
