Connectwise Integration V16

I can see that the contact URL does open if everything were to running from a web browser. However, with the local applications 3CX and Connectwise Manage this doesn't happen. I also noticed that this setting was already added into 3CX behavior but all it does it launch ConnectWise Manage and prompts to log in again even though there is a window already logged in.
Any ideas on how to get this working properly?

The setting to launch URL on incoming call is not part of the integration with ConnectWise. That will launch any executable, passing the caller number as parameter.

The integration with ConnectWise is provided server side, please follow this configuration guide:
