Hi guys I have this problem, we have our Billing Softswitch with CONNEXCS and we did a trunk between the CONNEXCS and 3CX and calls work perfect; but there is a problem when the external caller hangs up the call, i can see on the sip trace when connexcs sends the bye to 3cx but we dont see any response from 3cx, Connexcs hangs the call, but 3cxs keeps the call as live until we do a manual hangup

Is there something Im missing?

You are missing a capture on the 3CX server side to see what is going on. Is the BYE reaching the 3CX PBX? Is the 3CX PBX forwarding the BYE to the endpoint and gets no reply? Does the PBX reply but the response never reaches your billing softswitch?
To fully troubleshoot the issue you need captures from both ends for comparison.

in this specific case we hanged up the call and then 3cx sends the by to connexcs

One thing I can think its that connexcs has a server cluster, calls can come from 5 differente ips, maybe if I fix IP to the same it will work

At this point I would recommend finding a 3CX partner to assist you with the troubleshooting as you need logs from both sides to determine what is going on and you need to be able to read the SIP messages to see if the correct IPs are being used and where this fails.
