Hello,

I have a situation where I've reinstalled 3CX instance v16 from partner portal in order to migrate from Azure to Amazon Lightsail and to upgrade to v18 as the reinstall mechanism provisions v18. Reinstall was made with restore from the backup file. Process was finished okay, but now I'm unable to login to the management console.

I've checked *dB.xml file in backup archive and "WEBSERVERUSER", "WEBSERVERPASS" and the "IP_WHITELIST" are correct.

I've also tried to install a new instance and then restore. Management console is still not accessible.

I even deployed a new virtual machine on the same local subnet (172.16.0.0/12) in order to access 3CX management from non-public IP and the result is the same. Management console not accessible.

Whatever I do: "Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator."

I'm 100% sure that I'm using correct credentials and accessing from whitelisted IP's!

What else can I try?

Yes, SSH tunnel, but localport 8080, remote 80

Hi @proping,

By "Yes" do you mean that you were able to log in to the Management Console without any error? Can you provide specifics?

Yes, I was able to log in to management console. Allow Access from everywhere was checked, but IP blacklist was set to deny for:

0.0.0.0/1
128.0.0.0/1

And some other specific addresses were allowed.

I don't know how it worked before :/

Hi @proping, I'll assume that you've removed said block all blacklists and that now you're up and running. If you need anything else feel free to let us know!
