I have a client who had a self-hosted 3CX instance, on which we set up console restrictions for their IP and my office IP for support / admin. They decided that they wanted to move from an premise server to a fully hosted by 3CX server. This all went fine, everything good...but today I have changed my internet provider at our offices, and hence our static IP has changed.

I went to add my new IP under security / console restrictions, but it's not there. On googling, I gather that console restrictions are not allowed / included on a hosted system, however these restrictions that were present before are still active, and I am blocked from logging in from my new IP.

How can I get around this and get the restrictions changed or removed?!

Thanks!

Regarding your question, there is no access to console restrictions in 3cx-hosted instances. As such, we must remove the console restrictions altogether from the instance.

Please open a support ticket through your partner portal to request this action.

Thanks, that's fine...I just need access! I will raise a ticket.

We have received the ticket and replied. Please check and let us know.
