I have migrated my on-premise PBX to 3CX hosted and found the a security function "Console Restrictions" was missing. It allowed only IPs I assigned to access the admin console. After the migration the rule is still working which means I can still access the admin console only from our company's public IP. I am worrying about that if the our public web IP has changed, I will never be able to access the console any more. In the past, I could always access the console with local IP, but there is no LAN access anymore since it is working on 3CX hosted.
Please help to make the function "Console Restrictions" back to 3CX hosted users or find me an alternative way to update allowed IPs.

You must open a ticket to us at 3cx technical support through your portal.3cx.com> support section from where we can remove the console restrictions for you, and note that console restrictions can not be used or updated with 3CX hosted instances
