Constant ringing, SPA-3102 not passing call to 3CX

I have a problem with certain calls ringing forever, and never getting passed onto 3CX. Most calls work, but some get lost completely. Obviously this isn't acceptable. Has anyone experienced this before?

I factory reset my SPA and reconfigured it. Transferring calls works great now, as does CID. But.......the same cell phones still do not work. Nothing, just ringing. I can transfer to the cell phone, just not call to the SPA from it. What gives? I'm about to get hawk this thing and try a Grandstream 503. But I'd rather not!

I simply said they can be a real "treat" to get setup and working properly, and considering most every current post in the forums related to gateway device problems/questions, is pertaining to a Linksys, that was a very legitimate observation.

To be honest they have to many "gadgets" and to little documentation. This is been raised with them before, but I guess they won't change that anytime soon.

So you have a cell phone, punch in the pstn number of you spa and nothing happens? is there a number showing in the status window of the spa when you call?

It might just be that cell phone.

That's exactly what happens. I've had it happen to a few cell phones now (that I know of). Could be that cell, but a customer/associate might have the same cell/issue and that's not gonna work. I gave up and ordered a Grandstream 503.

I have an SPA 3102 for sale @ $60 shipped. Used off and on for maybe a month.
