Howdy!
We have been running 3CX for years now, and I am guessing no one has ever noticed the Contact Directory being out of sync. Now that users have noticed that it's not in sync they started noticing that as we have added/removed users the phones don't seem to show the correct name with the extension. It appears the phones are not downloading an updated address book. So when a user dials an ext, the wrong name (an old user) shows up.
We are running Polycom Soundpoint 550/650/670 v4.0.11.
Did something change or has it been broken for a while? Is there a proper method/configuration to get the address books updated on the phones? Appreciate any suggestions or direction. Thanks!
