Hi.
The CRM integration page states there's a required Contact ID field. What format should it be? Is that numerical only or can be alphanumerical, like a md5 hash?

I tried exporting the current contact list but the ID is not present.

Thanks

It can be whatever you need. It's a string for 3CX, so you can store text, a number, or whatever you like.

I'm creating the ID as MD5 of some contact fields. Despite seeing calls being made by 3CX to my integration, and correct replies being sent back, most of the callers aren't decoded to names

What is your testing scenario? On the first call of a new number, only the Webclient/Browser Ext. will show the name, not deskphones, as the call is already to far in the SIP flow to change the CID. The Webclient uses a different technology which allows to update infos in real-time.
