We use desktop phone and mobile app usually
We are not using webclient or desktop app at all

Recently, we find the 3CX webclient and desktop app would show users mobile number
How can I disable it?
Mobile app won't show users mobile number

Hi itsupport,

You cant hide this number in the webclient i beleive and furthermore in the mobile app if you press the 3 dots behind a contact there will be the option to call someone on their mobile if they have a mobile number entry in the user table meaning it's accesible in the app too.

As @JosIPVG stated this was always the case even in V16. The mobile number was visible and available for call.
