Contact lookup problem

Hello,
new to 3cx we're trying to make a custom CRM integration but the test button always produce the same response, "CRM Integration is working OK but contact number does not exist. Check log for more info or try a different number.".

Can anyone help us ?

after testing we found that a rule for id was missing in our conf file.

<Rule Type="Any">id</Rule>

Problem solved
