Contact lookup with AND without phone extension

[service-info@artetstyles.]

Hi,

Is it possible to lookup for a contact with AND without phone extension for CRM Contact poping up. Means lookup by french numbers 0607080910 AND +33607080910 at once?

Many thanks for your help.

Regards.

Are you creating a custom integration? Or using a standard template provided by 3CX?

You can change the settings from the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Options, and configure it to search only the last N digits. So in both cases you would search by number 607080910. Then it's your responsibility to execute a "like" query, so you can match numbers ending with "607080910".
