Hubspot has all numbers saved as +1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX

I have managed to get different country codes to work with caller id reformatting for example Mexico numbers are saved as +52-XX-XX-XXXXXX

I setup a rule with whereby 52(..)(..)(.*) turns into +52-\1-\2-\3 and the customer lookup is working.

For US numbers hubspot saves them with a space and parentheses.

Can I add spaces and parentheses to an inbound reformatting rule?

Or how can I match? currently it send the number as 1XXXXXXXXXX and Hubspot does not find a match and thus a new contact is created.

I tried sending like that as well. No match.

You may check the systemservice log file and see what is the number form that is send from the PBX and what you receive from the CRM side.

I am generating support info and it is only sending me july logs. nothing for august. Do I have to clear some cache or clear old logs somehow?

Is you PBX in verbose logging level? If not i would suggest that you set to Verbose and restart the PBX services. Then make the test and generate the support info.
