Contact Search via CRM doesn't work

I've provided both logs. Management Console log one post above. It contains something with 'Crm', but not 'CRM:'.

Hello @joepbx24,

Can you send me in a private message the full log file from the Management Console and template, so I can take a look? Maybe what we need to see is not in the short snippet you sent. Ensure that you have verbose logs enabled, and you run a contact search from the Web Client.

The issue is that you're running v18, and contact search was added in v20.

Yes, I've been a 3CX employee until a month ago and working exactly on this.
