Contact URL is opened even if the setting is Off

I did the integration with my CRM. When it does the lookup, it sets the ContactUrl in the contact JSON.

I do not want 3CX to open the contact url page, so I set off the setting in the view as shown. However, every time I receive a call, the contac's url page is opened :-\

Am I doind something wrong or is this a bug?

I'm using version 16.0.612

You probably have a 3CX Extension which is launching the URL. You need to turn this off for the extension as well.

Yeah I do. I was using the softphone. Can't I use the softphone disabling this function?

Yes, you can. I didn't mean to turn off the extension, only the setting in the extension's configuration. The extension has a setting as well to control this behaviour.
