Contact URL

Hi,

I am having difficulty setting up the Open Contact URL.

I have successfully configured the General configuration so that it queries our database and retrieves the customer details. Also, I have successfully set up call journaling.

The issue I am having is the popup contact URL. What do I set the URL Prefix to? and the Contact URL Suffix?

I have been asking our provider and they do not know how to set it up. Can someone explain to me in an easy way to understand how to set this up?

When a customer calls I want the customer information to show up in the browser along with the call journal.

When using a database integration, you need to specify to the server how to build the contact URL.

For example, if your contact page look like this : "http://mylocalapp/contacts/123456/profile", you would set it like this:
- Prefix: "http://mylocalapp/contacts/"
- Suffix: "/profile"
