Hi there,

i´ve imported all our crm-contacts into the 3cx, so the Name of customer should appear everywhere in 3cx, when a call is coming in.

But since a few days, it allready has worked out, no name is anymore shown, when a contact calls with the recognizable number.

How can i fix that?

Does this still happen on the second call from that contact?
