Contacts changes are not synced to SNOM phones

We have on-premise 3cx (v. 18.0 (U9) Build 23).
If we deleted any users, it does not reflect in the phone. Even after log out.

Have you tried rebooting the phone? Some phones only sync the contacts book on bootup.

I also recall a limit to how many contacts can be in the phonebook with some (all?) snoms. How many do you have?
