Contacts: Display of Name and Surname

I imported contacts from Outlook, and they are displayed as

Given Name / Familyname:
James Dean
Marilyn Monroe

Can it be changed to:
Dean James
Monroe Marilyn

You can try changing the display format from the Management Console > Contacts > Options
