Contacts not showing when blind transferring or attended transfer

Can see the contacts when not on a call but if on a call and trying to transfer a call the contacts aren't showing.
Tested through the web client also and the same issue is there
I have compared the users settings to another user who's transferring works but I must be missing something obvious

To first clarify a few things, you say you reproduce this on the 3CX Webclient too, is it for this same extension? If yes, is this the ONLY extension that has this issue?

Does it show as above when not on a call but show nothing when on a call?

There is no setting that should cause this behavior in the way you describe it so comparing extensions will probably not help. If it IS in fact only one extension, I'd recommend trying to delete it and re-create it.
