I'm adding entries for a client into the Contacts / Phonebook and only the mobile number is recognized by Polycom & Yealink phones. Do other phones understand the other fields or is this a limitation?

Edit: Strange... the mobile field in 3CX translates to "Office" on Yealink phones.

3CX phonebook has limitation on fields displayed on deskphones, only 3 fields are usable
fisrt and lastname mobile number (this is the only one you need to use for any kind of number)

Hi cparker_RCT,

other phones also don't understand the other fields because 3CX don't syncronise them. This is one of the big problems/bugs of 3CX. Only the mobile field is practically usable because this is the only number which is sycronised to the desk phones.
