Hi,
We have clients that have a large phonebook/contact list. It is becoming problematic for them as when they go to transfer a call using the apps, it shows people that are in their external contact list rather than prefering extensions/internal names in the search function.
It also does the same if we search by extension number. For example if I want to transfer to extension 104 but we have a client contact with phone number (xxx)xxx-104x for example. It seams to prefer that option over the internal extension. Is there any way we can get a setting/toggle to include/exclude external numbers from the transfer search? Or a toggle to prioritize internal extensions of contacts?
Maybe there is a setting somewhere that I am just not aware of? Any help with this would be appreciated
