Hi,
our CRM Integrations works fine.
Just a question about "Contact Creation".

We have a lot of Contact created by the CRM Integration.
Today we want to Change the relative ContactURL.

We are going to change it in CRM Integration.

What is going to happend?
Contact are updated? Duplicated?
If duplicated which ContactURL will be showed?
If duplicated, how to know which one I have to delete?

Hello Simo,

You should delete al CRM contacts from the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Bulk Delete > CRM Contacts. If you don't do this, you will get duplicated entries, because new contacts will be added with a different URL. Also, the old contacts will be poped up, because they were added first, so the popups will still point to the old URLs.

Once you delete these contacts, new calls from/to these CRM contacts will start filling up 3CX Contacts again.

Ok but in this way, I have to delete all.
Is it not possible to read ContactUrl? In some log?

Generate Support Info, in root 39195695Db.xml, contains Contact and ContactUrl

If you want to change all those records without deleting, something you can do is the following:
- Make a backup.
- From the XML inside the backup, change the contact URLs.
- Restore the backup.
