Hi,
I've created an Office 365 Administrator
Set https://outlook.office365.com/owa
Set Credentials
Created a Contact Public Folder in the Root

But Logs keeps write "Error while checking contacts from Public Folder"

Also the part in Office 365 is not so clear in the documentation.
A administrator user is enough?

No. Office 365 integration allows you to link the contacts of individual accounts to personal address books.
I need to connet General Address Book to a Public Folder in Office 365. To do that I have to setup Exchange in CONTACT.

This will require an impersonated account https://www.3cx.com/docs/how-to-create-impersonated-user/

Then to populate the company phonebook with contacts from a public folder, click on “Select Folders”, then on “Add Folder” and enter the path to the public folder, e.g.

company/contacts

Note though, you cannot select just the root folder "contacts"

Select Folder, Done.. is in root 3CXCONTACT. But nothing happend

Some problem to understand what is a IMPERSONATED USER...

Screenshot please of selected folder?

The impersonated user is the "gateway" needed to access your Exchange from other apps like 3CX PBX. With Office 365 taking over though and providing newer APIs, this is becoming a thing of the past

But with Office 365 integration I cannot populate Public Contact.... so.
