Continue call to extension that has DID attached using Call Flow Designer

Hi,

I would like the following scenario in 3cx V16

Call arrives at DID --> Call flows to Call Flow App --> Call continues to extension that has the original DID attached.

The reason is because I would like to have an intro prompt played at the start of all DID's (all of our staff have Direct in dials).

Is there a variable for the extension that is associated with the inbound DID?

I would like the following in Call Flow Designer

Call arrives
Play intro prompt
Forward to extension inside did.png (attached)

Hello @controlshift

You will need to create a CFD app that retrieves the DID called and plays a prompt depending on that DID. You can then send the call to the assigned extension.
For more details i would recommend creating a thread to the Call Flow Designer section of the forum.
