Hi,
the 3CX phone system underlays the globally configured music on hold into the background custom announcements (from "override office hours").
As far as i know you can only remove it, if you replace the music on hold by empty/Silent wave.
This is often a problem in our customer installations as many customers need music on hold in general so silence is no good option here, but at the same time don´t want it to be the as background music for greetings or announcements.
Sometimes they bought professional intros and announcements, some of them with their own music.
It would be ideal if you could control it
How do other partners solve this issue?
