Converting old customer account

I have a license which I only have an old account beginning with userXXXXXX
So I cannot logon to https://customer.3cx.com
I tried to reset the password, but the email is unknown.
So I have create a new account, but I cannot assign the existing license to this account.

So what is the way to convert an existing account userXXXXXX to the new login.
