Copy Extension - Feature

Hi Folks,

I have used this function to clone a configuration from my extension to a new user. After that I see the extension in the same group but I cannot find the extension in the system PBX.
Does anybody knows if I forget something ?

I can see the extension in search of App but I cannot found in Dashboard Extensions



When try to find in Extension, it is not available.

Are you sure you are connected to the correct Management Console? Try creating a new Extension and give it the same Extension Number.
If it allows you to create it, it means that that specific Management Console and PBX does not have that extension number.
