Hello

We are trying to make our cosmote account to work. It seems that when the 3cx is on cloud, so not inside Cosmote network, the registration is not possible.
We get the error
Registration at Cosmote VoIP has failed.
Destination (sip:195.167.16.30:5060;transport=TCP;lr) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

Does anyone have any workaround to make this work? To to have a local device in our network to register to cosmote, and this device to provision from 3cx cloud ?

Thank you
Michael

If the restriction is from Cosmote, and they cannot allow SIP registrations from the hosted by 3CX IPs, then you will need to put the PBX in your office which is within their network.

You will not be able to have another device registering and connecting to the 3CX server remotely.
