Hello, just created an account now but find it difficult to log in

Firstly check the output you got when you created the instance, it would of given the password and username then.

Also try using Google Chrome as your web browser (in incognito mode) or clearing out the cache.

Also check that the services are all running on the host machine. Is this a hosted or an on premise installation?
