We are one v18 Windows and preparing for v20. We are trying to use the admin console (as opposed to the management console) as much as possible to get comfortable with it. Couple of questions:
1. I'm assuming some of the advanced options, such as creating custom templates, just hasn't transferred over to the admin console on v18. Correct?
2. In the admin console, I am seeing custom templates assigned to existing phones. But, when I try to add a new phone to a user, the custom templates are not an option. I'm assuming that is something that'll be coming with the v20 Windows release?
