Cox SIP Trunking or use Patton for PRI

We have Cox service being handed off using a Adtran 900e and was wondering if it is better just to set this up as a SIP trunk or plug into a Patton SN 4171 that we have purchased and if so does anyone have any sip trunk setup info for Cox or recommended config for Patton? I see a bunch of Comcast SIP provisioning guides out there but nothing from Cox. Thank you

Have you reached out to Cox, and asked if they have any support documentation for 3CX or other PBX's?

Patton does show up, however outbound calls get errors as follows:

Call or Registration to phonenumber@(Ln.10000@Patton Trinity ISDN T1 (SN4171/SN4970A)) has failed. 192.168.1.4 replied: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:192.168.1.4:5060
