CP935w

Hello,

I would really like to setup a CP935w on my system. For some reason its not a listed phone. I have tried setting it up as cp925 and a cp965 which both are supported but it isnt working. I dont understand why they dont have it listed as a supported model already. Then only difference is the cp935 has a built in battery so it can be completely wireless. The other 2 are wifi but need a cord for power.

Has anyone found a way to make this work? If so I would love some help on how to get this to work.

Are you using it as wifi or dect?

If dect set it up as a yealink dect w70b phone.

If wifi it should work with the cp925 template.

I wanted to report back that I was able to finally get this figured out. My issue was the MAC Address I used. I was using the wireless one but when it was looking for the config on the 3cx system the devices was calling out for the wired MAC. I now have this working. Thank You for the help.
